Questions before you order?

File Setup / Accepted Files
We accept only Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Please set your color to CYMK. Please include bleeds of .125 if your image does not have a white border on all four sides. Please make sure the resolution of your file is at least 300dpi.

Pole Pockets
If you have selected Pole Pockets for your banner please indicate your bleed. Do you want the image to carry over to the pole pocket or do you want to leave it white. This can all be done by using bleeds.

Banner Storage
Please keep your banner rolled and in a cool dry place.

Shipping for Banners
To make things easy for you we have simplified the shipping process. All orders will arrive by either Federal Express or UPS. All orders up to $249 US dollars will have a $35 U.S. dollar shipping charge. All orders over $250 US dollars will receive free shipping.

Shipping for Corrugated plastic signs
We have made this easy as well. All delivery of corrugated signs is free for orders of $400 US dollars or more. For orders of $75 US dollars to $399 US dollars the delivery charge is $50 US dollars

What if the file I send you gets rejected for poor quality?
If the file you send us gets rejected for any reason we will contact you via email. You have two options. 1. You can send us a revised file for print. Or 2 cancel your order. If you cancel your order please allow one to two weeks for your funds to show up on your credit card statement. A $15 US dollar return fee will be charged to your credit card.

State Taxes
All North Carolina residents will be charged state sales tax.
